| 1969 Corvette Coupe 350/350HP four-speed with matching number drive train. Purchased new from a local Upstate NY dealer, I purchased this car from the estate of the original owner. Odometer shows just over 66K miles, and the condition of the car shows that this mileage may be correct however, I am unable to verify mileage. With the exception of the slight wheel flairs, L88 hood and and aftermarket aluminum radiator, this car is completely original. The chrome and stainless are very nice with almost no visible wear. Having never seen a winter and very little weather, the frame is very solid and does not show any signs of damage or rust through as is typical on these cars. Even the paper tags on the front springs are still present. New relined brake calipers, new tires and correct replacement exhaust. Recent NYS inspection, mechanically this car runs and drives 100%. The only thing that does not work is the clock. The original interior is near perfect with only the drivers side carpet showing some wear. Even the storage bags for the t-tops is included. All of the center console lighting works as well. The body and paint are in good condition however, the bonding material used to flare the wheel wells is starting to show through the paint most notably on the front drivers side. If not for the flairs and hood, I would classify this car as a very well maintained survivor. This car is a great driver with the potential to become more valuable with time and additional detailing. 66,671 miles. $14,500 and running. April 8, 2013. |
