Posted 07/05/2016 This is one of my very personal project cars which I picked up over a year ago from a old man in Georgia. The mileage is over 100k. I started working on this car about a year ago and found another Vette that had a 4-speed manual and I had to have it too. I started working on that car. Now I have a 67 Camaro RS coming and it's on my priority list. I won't have any room to store this car so I am forced to sell it, As Is. But please read on because I really did some nice work on the rear end and the under carriage and it's a lot to appreciate when considering all that was done. The car is nice and solid. There where only a couple of very small pin holes in the floors, but no signs of rot or cancer eating threw. I was going to come around to filling them when I had the time. The frame is definitely solid and straight. The car has never been hit and it's obvious when giving her a good look over, it's all original- no signs of any repair. There was some surface rust which l had not only wire brushed down to bare metal but I also treated with Por15 rust treatment, then primed and painted. Wheel wells were cleaned up too- front and rear. The whole rear was taken out and rebuilt by professional, half shafts and drive shaft were rebuilt. The body is sitting on brand new body bushings and new hardware. The trailing arms are brand new rebuilt which I bought here off eBay for $1200 alone. New rear shocks, New E brakes and cables, New Rear brakes, Rear Calipers & Rotors. I installed some new brake lines but not all of them. I did not get around to finishing them. Pros; Clean and clear title in my name. It has a Running 350 Chevy engine with a Rochester 4 barrel carb. Working 400 automatic transmission The gas is good and has been kept up with gas treatment. The car has been garaged since I owned it. New rear Brakes and Emergency brakes New rear shocks All New brake cables/E-brake cables New Trailing Arms Rebuilt Professional Rebuilt Rear and fresh AC Delco gear oil New Rear end Differential Crossmember Bushings Professional Rebuilt Half Shafts & Drive Shaft New Body bushings and hardware installed Nice solid and clean frame & under carriage, you can almost eat off the bottom of this car Brand new Goodyear tires OEM 15 inch Steel Wheels with Rally Caps I have all the parts that go to this particular car. This includes: The seats and all the dash parts, Original tilt steering column with keys, Spare tire carrier and bolts, any interior parts, Sill plates and rocker covers, Roof Rack, Steering box (New), Fire wall insulation (New), New chrome brake booster, and any other parts will go with car. All the glass in the car is good The headlights work great Cons; The interior is out of car- Carpet, Seats, and Dash ( Needs restoring) Needs center console- I have shifter plate The steering column needs to be re-installed (No steering) The brake pedal needs to be installed (no brakes) Needs master brake cylinder Needs Proportioning valve Needs a few more new brake lines- I installed some new brake lines but not all of them. Needs a complete new exhaust Needs a paint job This car is a Non- Numbers matching engine or transmission
