| I am trying to come up with Quick Cash to complete other automotive interests. I am trying to close a deal that requires more cash then I have on hand and need to liquidate this to make it happen. In one week that opportunity would have expired and so will this one. 1971 Corvette Big Block 4 speed car. Very original all numbers matching car. It has been in storage for sometime now and recently was getting ready to be put back into road worthy condition. The entire suspension and brake system was gone through and repaired or replaced as needed. A ton of cash was spent from Ecklers Corvette parts. $4000 Plus in receipts to date. The motor was never out of the car until last week. Since it had been in storage for an extended time the seals and gaskets dried out. We had the motor running fine except for leaks prior to removing the engine. Everything was broken down and inspected and found to be within standard specs. At this time the engine needs to be assembled (all machine work completed at professional machine shop) and installed which I can do if you like but as I said I am sacrificing this to obtain another so its being offered as is or can be completed for a reasonable fee. I have done many Corvettes starting when I was very young and now 43 I not only have some experience but I have the facilities to accomplish it. If my plan to sell for quick cash fails then I will complete the car and offer it at a much higher price for which I am confident it will sell. |
