1976 Chevrolet Corvette. (Barn-find) been in storage in a dry California garage since 1988. No rust anywhere. Owner died years ago. Last registered in 1988. Not in California DMV system. No title, California Bill of sale only. I Installed a new Aluminum 3-core race radiator. New water-pump. Engine worked well (no smoke). Trans leaks from pan but shifts well. Wiring shorted under hood and will not start now????? Power steering is not working but is there.
