IT WILL BE A LOT OF FUN FOR COLLECTOR OR ENTHUSIAST. FACTORY OPTIONS: Manual steering, Manual 4 wheel DISC brakes, Manual windows, Stock Am/Fm radio, Standard black bucket seat interior, Former 427ci/400hp L-68 car, 4 speed Muncie transmission, 15" Rally wheels w/radial tires. Upgraded L-88 style hood. 86,010 miles. February 12, 2010. 1) 1969 Corvette that is believed to be at one time a 400 hp 427 big block car. The well-worn shifter plate states that it was a 400 hp-460 ft lbs torque 427. However, the engine has been swapped out over the years. A 1965 Chevy big block 396 now resides. It has a new Holley 750 cfm double pumper carb that sits atop a Holley Street Dominator manifold. The car was built for thrills with very few frills. It has been painted "Orange Crush" orange. The paint has chips and some scratches. The car has four new tires, new exhaust, and new brakes. The car has the original radio, headlights work, windshield wiper door needs new switch, clock and oil pressure gauge are inoperable, tach cable is broken. The speedometer works, but the odometer is inoperable. There is no frame rust, and the "birdcage" seems to be sound. The seats have been re-done, carpet and door panels could use some work, dash in excellent shape. The car has T-tops and removable rear window. Car needs new ignition tumbler. Car runs great and goes down any road at any speed, and it feels nice and tight. There is no rear sway bar. The fuel tank has been replaced a couple of times by previous owners, therefore I don't have the tank sticker. 86,010 miles. Colors from the owner. Built date is M22. November 17, 2008 |
