| Very nice and extremely rare 71 Corvette LT1 convertible 4 speed A/C car. I couldn't find exact production numbers on this but looks like maybe one of just a couple hundred or so. Car is mostly all original except for the engine has been replaced with non LT1 engine (NDLR: hardly believable), believe rest of drivetrain to be original. A/C has also been removed at some point. Same owner the last 23 years. Car has been very well cared for. New brakes, calipers, and lines all around, new fuel tank, always garaged. Very clean under carriage no rust anywhere. Car runs and drives great very strong power and everything works has it should. 105,00 original miles. Interior is all original and very nice and clean. Paint is fair could use a repaint but is still presentable, fiberglass is in very good shape so repaint would be easy on this one. Top is also in good shape. This is a very good driver quality corvette that you can just turn the key and go and still looks good enough for local car shows. August 2016. |
