06/8/2014 1978 Corvette L-82, excellent condition in and out. 54k original mi.. All original numbers matching engine, correct paint and interior codes. T-tops, power windows, original 8-track player. Car was on display in a personal museum since 2007 in a climate controled showroom. Prior to that, the car was hardly used and has extremely low miles. Car was recently completely gone through with no expense spared. New: gaskets, plugs, cap, rotor, filters, battery, starter, and more. Anything that was needed was replaced. The paint is showroom condition except for a small area of spider webbing at the nose where it was tapped. This car has never seen weather and hardly any sunlight. Absolutely stunning paint! The frame, and entire underside are in exceptionally clean condition. It still has the black paint from the factory on it. Perfect, no rust at all. The engine is in immaculate condition. You could eat off it. The interior is in near mint condition. Tastefully done two-tone red and black. Truly amazing and clean. This is an extraordinary example of a 1978 Corvette.
