Car history:
1969 Chevy Corvette coupe. This car runs and drives, but is due for a restoration
or at least some attention as it has been off the road for a long time. The body is
very nice and there are no repaired areas, even the rear valance. The interior is
complete with the exception of the original steering wheel. The engine is from a
1970 vette but the trans is #'s matching. The engine starts and runs fine but smokes
when you let off the gas or decelerate like bad valve seals. The left front caliper
has a leaky piston so I would plan on not driving this on the road in the current
condition. The front rivets are showing as usual. The frame has a small patch
under the driver's door and at that end cap. The dog-leg on the driver's side
where it meets the main frame is thin; the remainder of the frame is nice. I've
been driving this car on the back roads some. The transmission shifts well and the
rear with 4:11 gears feels tight. My intent was to do a complete frame off restoration
but time won't allow it . If you want to have a no rust frame, I have an additional
frame / chassis that I would sell with the car for another $800. You can see pictures
of that fame at

4Speed The windshield header bar and top 4" of the posts appear rusty but the
kick panel area and remainder of the birdcage are nice. See 10 Pictures of the top
and bottom of the car at: https://picasaweb.google.com/100053130295699926001/1969CorvetteBlack
