Beautiful Snake Skin Green 1976 Corvette for sale. This car underwent a very thorough frame on restoration about a year ago. The car is a low mileage car that was sitting for many years. I bought this car 2 years ago after it was pulled from long term storage. The car was running when I bought it but it was rough. I pulled the motor and had it rebuilt by Jim Keller, he is a local builder who builds a lot of race motors. The motor is basically stock with a mild cam upgrade. I also added an aluminum radiator and changed the fan to an electric dual speed Ford Taurus fan, if you look this up it is a great setup and keeps the car cool no matter how hot it gets. The only problem is for some reason the Painless controller has malfunctioned and the fan always runs on high. I may get a new controller before the car sells. While the motor was being rebuilt I started the work on the car. The body was stripped all the way down to fiberglass, a new nose piece was put on and the car was painted Dodge Viper Snake Skin Green. The paint is gorgeous and looks incredible in the sun. The motor was also painted to match the body and is also base coat clear coat and really pops. The interior received new carpet, door panels, seat covers, center dash console, and glass over gauges. The rest of the interior was cleaned and dyed black. The headlights work well but they aren’t as fast as some. I put a new switch, hoses and vacuum relays in the only things I didn’t replace were the big cans but they tested ok. There are still some small things to do yet, the A/C is not hooked up but who needs it with the T tops. The heat does work.
