| 1) This Corvette was a frame off restoration approximately 20 years ago along with being painted. The original engine was also rebuilt at that time, with a new clutch and pressure plate. it was done extremely well and was owned by an elderly gentleman from that point until current. I have photos of the restoration from beginning to end. It is a matching numbers engine and matching numbers transmission. The interior looks like new condition. The paint is in excellent condition for a 20 year old paint job, it is realistically a 9 out of 10. It's beautiful!! The paint is not the original blue. The engine is a 327 300 hp manual (Close ratio) shift. It has manual steering (not power) and manual brakes (not power). As you see in the pictures it has the unique and rare convertible t-tops as an extra. The tires are in perfect condition. The car runs perfect and rides very smooth (not a hard ride like most). The frame has no rust at all and is extremely clean, the exhaust does have some surface rust but with no issues at all. Sold for $21,100 on October 18, 2017. |
