This beautiful and dependable 1978 Silver Anniversary Corvette comes with the L-82 engine, 4-speed and air conditioning. It has approximately 83,000 miles. Excellent Goodyear Eagle tires, black leather interior, T-Tops, and of course, P.S. and P.B.. All lights, gauges, etc. work properly. There is one very small place where the pinstriping has come off on the left front fender. We normally have to add a can of freon at the beginning of each summer to keep the AC functioning. This car carries a salvage title, not because of a wreck, but because a tree limb fell on it when is was titled in Illinois and the insurance company paid a claim. Apparently in Illinois, any time a claim is paid, they have to issue a salvage title. I have a lot of documentation about that event and other general documentation, which I will pass along to the buyer. We've owned this classic car for several years and done our best to keep it in great shape. We've entered it in several nearby car shows and won several trophies.
