The Stingray is the very successful 3rd generation Corvette that stood at the top of the muscle car heap before government regulations. Also with government restrictions, 1972 was the last model year to see both chrome bumpers causing the earlier Stingrays to be more sought after. The car is powered by its 350 V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The current owner has owned this for the last 34 years and it has been very well kept. It comes with owner's manuals and the protect-o-plate. The owner was able to trace the history back and get a copy of the original title. The convertible top was replaced in 1992. The Stingray comes with a binder of receipts for work done to the car over the years. The yellow paint shows very well and the chrome shines and remains in excellent condition. The engine compartment is highly detailed and nice and tidy. Highlights also include power brakes, power steering, 15 inch factory wheels with hubcaps and beauty rings with BF Goodrich white letter radial tires, AM/FM radio and more. This is a really cool car that is a lot of fun to drive in excellent condition.
