Car history:
1976 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray project car. This car is in need of total restoration and doesn't have an engine or transmission and will need to be towed, trailered, or tranported which the buyer will need to arrange and pay for. The overall body is in excellent condition although the paint is cracked. The car was originally silver with red interior and was repainted black long before I bought it. I was hoping to restore this car myself but have been unable to get to it due to other projects at this time. The frame is solid with one exception, a rot hole under the engine cradle area. The floor pans are rotted out and will need to be replaced. The interior is mostly there and will need to completely redone. I have a rear bumper cover and another dash pad that will go with the car. This car is not drivable and is not something that you can just drop an engine and transmission into and go cruzin'. It needs a complete restoration. I'm sure when done it will be worth a couple of bucks and will be a very nice looking car. It also has the original rally wheels with caps and trim rings and all original trim. This car would be great for parts: Excellent condition nose, doors, t-tops, rally wheels and various other parts.
