| Le Mans Blue paint and custom fender flares provide a sporty look for this classic Vette. The paint is in fair condition overall with some crazing and minor blemishes you would expect from a driver. Under the hood we have the original Turbo Fire 350ci 350hp V8 engine backed by an original 4 speed manual transmission. The engine compartment features finned aluminum Corvette valve covers, chrome air cleaner, polished aluminum water pump, chrome alternator, "Ram Horn" exhaust manifolds, aluminum clutch fan, braided hoses, and an aluminum radiator. This car starts up and runs well with plenty of power. The cockpit is blue throughout and is in good condition. The only damage of note is a crack in the dash pad. The original soft top is missing but could be re-installed. The car does have a hard to find (and expensive) removable full hard top. The top is currently in black primer and would need to be painted to match the car. The glass is in good condition and free from cracks. In 2002 a new front winshield was installed. The chrome bumpers are straight and shiny. The old school wheels are Cal Custom chrome five spokes. They are the same style as Cragar S/S mags of the period. Adding to the vintage theme is the raised white letter tires that are in good condition. The car starts, runs, stops well and is fun to drive. A clear California title is on hand and the car is currently registered in California. The odometer reads 7,926 but we believe the actual mileage to be 107,926. 107,256 miles. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is M29. December 25, 2008. |
