1971 Corvette convertible. Guaranteed to turn heads and be saved on every camera that takes a picture of it. I cannot get gas without people stopping me about this car. I have actually gotten pictures of it from friends that received it from others that have passed it around. It has the best qualities from the 1968 – 1972 years. The exterior color is new brilliant silver with flakes that literally dance in the sun. The pictures do not do justice, it is dramatic. It sits on 18 inch polished centerline rims and is wrapped in new rubber. The custom side exhaust brings the rims and chrome bumpers together for an aggressive, but sophisticated look. The interior is black and has been recently refinished with a white ball 4-speed shifter, which gives just enough contrast to make a statement. It has a newer white top that compliments the interior. The lights work and open up perfectly. The speedometer says 10,673, but actually has more. It is in need of a new cable. The engine is a 427ci monster with just the right upgraded cam and valve train that allows for the vacuum accessories while still giving the loping sound of a true muscle car with power lurking. It was rebuilt about 8,000 miles ago and has a Holly 750cfm double pumper feeding it from a new fuel tank. With 400+ horses and more torque than a wrench, driving this is an incredible experience. The power steering and the manual transmission handle and shift great. It has 4 wheel disc brakes, which stops on a dime and gives great breaking control.
