This is a very solid vette, pretty much all it needs is interior work. I'll list everything I have replaced so far then explain what else it needs. The body has been removed, all body mounts replaced and frame painted. The following items are new: fuel and brake lines, fuel tank. rear suspension including leaf spring, strut rods, and shocks. I was told by a local mechanic that the trailing arms and half shafts looked fine. brake pads all around. tach cable radiator and hoses passenger side exhaust manifold, has an edelbrock carb and intake {fairly new I think} plugs, wires, and cap {was converted to electronic ignition before I bought the car} water pump headlight vacuum actuators
transmission has been rebuilt
Everything on the car works except for the ac which will need reinstalled and charged. I believe the motor is original other than the before mentioned changes. Motor still runs strong and doesn't smoke, and has good oil pressure. Car was buffed out when I bought it, paint looks ok, some paint chips here and there. Rear bumper is off a '78 model, was on it when I bought it.
Now for what it needs, mostly interior work: Needs seat covers, door panels, carpet, center console, and t-top seals. Car would need a paint job to be show quality, but doesn't look bad at all the way it is. The hood on the hinge side has been cracked and repaired crack is on the underside not visable. The engine is a #'s matching 350 L-48.
