Purchased this car last year and really love it. Car was restored in 2006 (85,000 miles) and recieved a motor rebuild, paint job, new Craiger wheels with knock-offs - Kelly Charger tires with great tread left, Satellite stereo with CD, sidepipes - Hooker I believe. I purchased from a local dealer (window tag shown in photos) where it passed a NH state inspection. The appraisal paperwork from after the restoration had its value at around $20,000. After purchasing I added to its restoration with all new floor pans that were professionally installed and undercoated. At that time I also replaced the complete carpet kit. Door panels were off because of the carpet replacement and are ready to install. Interior is original Fire Thorn Red. Seats are beautiful. Automatic trans and all guages are in working order. No leaks with the mirrored t-tops, I've only been cought in the rain once and it is garaged. NEVER seen Salt or snow. Sidepipes sound incredible!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggp02SmsESU Also had oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets replaced last summer, cork gaskets + not running = leaks. Done professionally and paperwork provided. Sale includes all paperwork I have including appraisal, service records from work I've had done, pictures of restoration and paperwork provided to me when I purchased. Paint looks nice but not show quality, some bubbles on hood and dimples from where a luggage rack was. Never had anyone notice until I point it out. I'm only selling this car because I have a 1975 Stingray that I am doing a frame-off restoration on. Had only planned on about $20k but already at almost $30k. One of those things where you can't just stop so the 76 has got to go. Previous owner changed the hood badges when it was restored. Didn't matter to me, she's a beautiful car. My 75 Stingray is also L48.
