| 1970 Corvette 100% Original Survivor Completely stock and original 70 Corvette coupe. This car has not been modified or altered in any way, it is just a very cool numbers matching "survivor" chrome bumper Corvette. This is an excellent running and driving car. These cars are very difficult to find in this condition. Easy restore or better yet drive it as an original. Engine and Drivetrain Original 350 / 300 HP engine is completely stock from the original dual snorkel air cleaner to the factory exhaust manifolds. This car is equipped with Air Conditioning, Power Brakes, Power steering, and Turbo 400 auto Transmission. Original rally wheels with brand new Firestone Indy 500 tires. Body & Interior Underbody and frame is very clean. Donnybrook Green paint shows some signs of repaint and is showing signs of checking and is starting to peel/spiderweb in several places. Fiberglass body is in very good to excellent condition, the only cracking is minor near one of the front marker lights. Has 100% original interior. The original comfort weave seat cover is showing wear on drivers seat, passenger seat is in decent condition. Console is in decent condition with some minor splits at the seams but looks good, all of the fiber optic indicators work and the original engine/trans ID plate is intact. All guages and interior lights are in working order. Door panels are decent with some typical signs of wear and age. Carpet is original and faded in places and is worn on driver side. There have been no modifications to the body or interior of this original car. This car starts, runs and drives excellent. I would not hesitate to drive anywhere. The motor is very strong. AC needs to be recharged, odometer quit working recently when tripmeter was reset. This is not a show car, it is an original car in very respectible condition that has not been cut up or restored. This is truly an excellent survivor car that would be an easy restore or better yet drive it in original condition as there are very few of these original cars left and collectors and enthusiasts alike can appreciate it. |
