| Car history: |
I have a 1977 Corvette Stingray for sale. This car is complete and I have a good title for it. The body is straight except for the right rear lower quarter. It was broken when it was pulled out of a ditch after an "imbibed" driver didn't make the curve. The ditch had some water in it and the car got wet for a couple of hours. I bought it from the owner a couple of years ago with intentions of restoring it. It has been kept under cover since then. I'm too old to do the work now so I am going to sell it to someone who can. It has the original engine and transmission in it. The motor may need some work since it has been sitting. I have never tried to start it. Both of the t-tops are there as well as the retractable headlights. I say this because they are relatively rare and hard to find as well as expensive. This model year (1977) was the last year of the old style "short" rear window. The interior is there but as you can see in the pictures not in good shape and will need some work. The car also has custom wheels on it. I also have a set of the original wheels. You choose which set you want. I keep the other set for my 69 chevelle. You can either restore this car or use it as a parts car but it does have a clear title. I am selling it at a very low price. I am selling the car as is where is with no warranty and my wife and I can put it on our trailer, fire up the cummins, and bring it to you if you pay for my diesel. We like to travel. |
