| 1968 Corvette convertible 427/435HP, 4 speed, 4.11 gear, dark brown leather, transistor ignition. AM/FM radio. 16,600 original miles. Never wrecked. Has original window sticker. The body has been off the frame. The frame has been sand blasted and painted with a epoxy paint. All the brake and fuel lines have been replaced. The calipers have been done by stainless brakes. The original color is a bronze, the car is now red. The paint job is above average. All the chrome has been redone or new. New windshield and rubber. This is a numbers matching car with the exception of the differential. The motor is rebuilt with the correct internals. The carbs are completely rebuilt. Re-chromed valve. Covers and air cleaner. The plug wires are new OEM. I have driven the car less than 100 miles. The exhaust is correct from the exhaust manifolds to the tail pipes. Some major items are: OEM gas tank (which I had coated on the inside), OEM radiator and hoses, all vacuum hoses. light bulbs, carpet, vacuum switches, Clutch disc and pressure plate and throw out bearing. The transmission shifts like new. The wheels have been sand blasted and powder coated black with the outside the correct silver. New sill plates and door rubber. There is a vinyl seat cover kit that comes with the car. The wiper motor is rebuilt. The car needs a new top. The OE top is there but it has shrunk. Some fiddling with the vacuum system and the wipers are all that needs to be done. 15,662 miles from the odometer. Colors from the owner. Built date is D17. April 17, 2009. |
