| Finished in Safari yellow. Originally rolled off the St Louis assembly line in the fall of 1967. Well documented car. Originally sold new in Indiana. Order sheet and the remains of the build sheet retrieved from the fuel tank show the car to be nicely equipped from the factory with a 390HP 427 Big Block L6 with Hydraulic Lifters and 4-Barrel Carburetor; 4-Speed Manual M21 Close-Ratio transmission and Posi-Traction Rear-end. In addition, the car was equipped with Power Steering, Power Windows, Speed Warning Indicator as well as an Auxiliary Hardtop (No longer with the car), AM/FM Radio and Tinted Windshield. The car starts; runs and drives great! The engine is smooth and powerful with no smoking and plenty of oil pressure. The shifting is smooth, up and down through all the gears. The brakes and suspension are responsive as well. The oil pressure, water temperature, ammeter, fuel gauge, all in working order. Very nice and functional Corvette! Between 1975-1991 the previous owner serviced, rebuilt and went through the car as needed including rebuilding the engine just over 30k miles ago. (Note that the engine code is CE Credit Exchange, meaning it was replaced by dealer with like engine while under warranty. Extensive documentation shows continuous care over the years. The current California owner, a sports car enthusiast purchased the car years ago and has used lightly and kept serviced and road ready. 8,654 miles from the odometer.
