Posted 04/05/2017 You are looking at a very nice 1976 T-Top Corvette Stingray beautiful Orange Flame Paint Code 70. ALL NUMBERS MATCHING 4 SPEED CLOSE RATIO. This Orange Stingray has the original numbers matching 350 engine code CKW no leaks or smoke, with an upgraded Holley Spread Bore Carb, it has all the power and torque that you will ever need, it cruises so fine with a brand new clutch system, and the manual 4 speed gearbox THAT FEELS LIKE CLOSE RATIO. The way it shifts, with the original Muncie 4 speed shifter the reverse lockout works perfect for shifting into reverse gear, it feels like it has the performance axle option when you give it the throttle the response is very positive and feels great. This Orange Flame Stingray has a very nice paint finish all the body lines are great and the doors and hood open and close as they should. The interior is the factory custom leather deluxe interior it is in average condition for a 1976 Corvette Stingray. All the rear compartment doors open and close as they should. very nice storage area with the original carpet and trim. All the gauges and lights work inside also the tach and speedometer. This is a southern car always stored inside. Build date was 07/14/1976 making it one of the last 76 Stingrays to roll off the St. Louis assembly line. We just had the new clutch system installed and upgraded the rear suspension with performance bushing kit for better ride control and it handles great. The under carriage is very clean. The floors are very solid as this is the first year for metal floor pans. The frame is very solid and clean and it has an upgraded aluminized exhaust and the Orange beauty also has the original spare tire and jack in the correct storage areas. The T-tops are in great condition and latch and unlatch as they should. The A31 Power Windows work as they should the N37 Tilt- Telescopic wheel works great in every position These 76 Corvettes are very unique from the last year, of the Stingray name and Script emblems to the first for YJ8 ALUMINUM KELSEY HAYES WHEELS and the X spoke steering wheel. This Orange Corvette comes with the factory Delco stereo not installed and it has a new battery and the tires are like new. This Orange Flame Beauty has an upgraded 80-82- dove tail style rear bumper with bubble taillights that really looks great and this Orange Beauty is a real head turner and a show winner, and a great driver. It comes with a clean and clear title.
