Car history:
1981 Chevrolet Corvette, Automatic Transmission. I recently inherited this car from my father who was a mechanic. I don't know alot about cars but I do know that my dad took great care of this car. The odometer reads 25,396 but we are not sure if that is the true milage since the odometer rolls over at 100,000 miles. I recently had my mechanic look over the car and he noted that it has NEW paint, tires, suspension, U-joints, fuel pump and hoses and is mechanically sound. Brakes are in good condition. The body was recently painted (original color was yellow), has no dents, rust or damage and is in very good condition. The interior is clean and shows normal wear. The gauges, interior lights, headlights, power windows, windshield wipers, power door locks, a/c, cd player are all in working order. Most every thing is original including the engine and Rims. There are a few minor fluid leaks that I am aware of but I have had this car in my posession since July and have not had to replace or add fluid. The antenna is broken and the heater does not work. This car is being garage kept so I am not sure if the T-tops leak. The car appraised at $11,000.
