1971 Corvette Stingray 350 CID with 4 speed manual trans, Power Steering, T-Tops, A/C, removable rear window, NOT numbers matching . Car is a good 10 footer. Number on trim tag on left pillar says 400/988 which would be a black vinyl interior/Steel Cities Gray Exterior color. Was repainted by previous owner and only bad spot(s) is on hood. Some bubbles. Chrome on bumpers is good but showing signs of wear. Interior is nice with minor wear on seats and door panels. Aftermarket gauges and steering wheel put in by previous owner. Carpet is worn on drivers side where heels would go but rest is in good condition. Aftermarket Pioneer AM/FM Stereo with aftermarket speakers. Dash shows NO cracks and rest of interior is in good condition. All glass is in good shape with NO cracks or chips. 1971 was a year for the removable rear window also, wiper door opens and closes as well as the headlights work the way they should. Frame is great condition showing no signs of rust or deterioration in all of the normal spots. Mechanically car is in good condition, however I am not sure if A/C works or not. When I bought it there was no belt on AC compressor and I have never put one on it to see if it works. Gauges in center of dash have been upgraded to aftermarket gauges. All are working, including the clock. Just installed brand new Interstate Battery. This car has 102,498 miles on it. Under the hood the motor is a 75 Covette motor and apparently has had some work done to it. Intake manifold is Edelbrock Aluminum, aftermarket air cleaner, new Edelbrock carburetor, HEI ignition and aftermarket Aluminum valve covers. Car has stock Rally rims with trim rings and center caps, tires are Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS P225/70R15 and are 80% good. Car orginally had luggage rack on car. When I got the car it did not have one, so I purchased one and it goes with the car - not installed yet. Also, car cover also goes with car. Great car and fun to drive. Must sell this car as my business needs the $$$$ Unfortuately, I must part with this baby. Car has been garage kept for the last 4 years that I have owned it. Can been seen any day or night or by appointment on the weekend. A $1,000 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction.
