1971 LT-1 Convertible. UNRESTORED. 350 CI 330 HP. Second owner, only 44,965 original miles. I have owned this vette since 1973.
Original paint, original interior, always garaged. Major overhaul in 2006/2007 performed by Corvette Corner in Rowlett, Tx. Work was done with correct Corvette/ Chevy parts.
Original engine, headers, transmission, rear differential, intake and exhaust manifolds. I believe the starter and alternator are also original. Overhaul included correct LT-1 carburetor, correct fuel pump, master cylinder, brakes, radiator, control arms, shock absorbers, bushings, etc. Gas tank replaced in 2008 and new top in 2014.
Matching numbers Power steering and power brakes.
Never in an accident, only damage car ever sustained was when it was shipped from Texas to Florida. See pictures of right front wheelwell and right rear bumper.
Paint is 47 years old and showing its age. From ten feet away the car looks awesome but paint is wearing thin and there are blemishes. There are bubbles on fiberglass in front of hood. See pictures.
Interior - Dash, dashboard, and door panels are in very good condition. Drivers side seat (foam) and carpet will need to be replaced. Passenger side is in good condition. Original mats tho very worn. Some rust on a piece on drivers side door by mirror. See pictures.
Now for the fun part. This car is awesome on the road. It is fast, powerful, and a blast to drive. It runs and shifts like the muscle car it is!
