| Car history: |
Seven Hills Motorcars is very proud to offer this completely numbers matching 1979 Corvette in beautifully original condition with the L-82 engine option and only 34,120 original miles. It is loaded with other highly desirable options such as spoilers, CB radio, and the color scheme. All of these options are verified as original as this Corvette comes with a great amount of documentation including the original window sticker and build sheet. This is definitely one of the best optioned low mileage 1979 Corvettes on the market right now. This Corvette is an exceptional driver and I wouldn't hesitate to hop in and take a road trip. The low mileage is verified not only by the condition of the car, but also the clear Ohio title, pictured in the link below, stating the mileage as "actual." Please peruse all of the photos and the list of numbers below to get a true sense of clean and correct this Corvette really is.

Exterior The Dark Blue Metallic exterior is in nice driver condition. The finish has nice gloss and deep shine. The doors open and shut very nicely and I would say that the car has above average body panel fit. This Corvette has absolutely no rust issues. The frame is totally solid with no rust in front of the rear tire and I have seen no evidence of corrosion around the windshield. The wheels are in good condition with a nice finish.
Please note that all of glass on this car is date coded and original as each piece predates the car's body build date of May 21, 1979 (J21). Original glass is a good indication that this car has had no major accident history and never sustained significant damage.
Interior The Oyster interior of the Corvette is in awesome original condition. The seats look great with no tears or split seems. Please note that these are the original seats, not some cheap replacements. The carpet is in excellent original condition. The console and dash are in great condition with no cracks or sun damage. The door panels are in amazing shape. This car has not been smoked in. Corvette interiors are not known to wear well and the excellent condition of this original interior is a huge testament to the meticulous care this car has received throughout its life.
Mechanical This Corvette is in very good mechanical condition. It is an awesome driver that feels great on the road. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs well. The transmission shifts well. The brakes do not pull. The horn works as do all the lights, wipers, blower for the heater and a/c, power windows, and vacuum for the headlights. Please note that this car has not been molested with the catalytic converter and smog system are still in place.
Overall, this 1979 L82 Corvette is in terrific condition. Numbers matching is extremely important in Corvette pricing, especially with high performance options like the L-82 and a low mileage car like this. The originality, the rare and desirable color combination, and the appealing options make this car especially important and hard to duplicate. The prices of C3 Corvettes have increased drastically over the past several years. They are secure and wise investments for a collector. One could easily enjoy this vehicle for several years and sell it for more than the purchase price with minimal effort.
Thank You, Matt Milbrandt
