| 2) 1970 Corvette Coupe 454/390 LS5 #'s Matching, A/C. I hate to let my numbers matching 1970 Corvette LS5 454 Coupe go, but I/we need a daily driver. Three years ago this was a $45,000 car, my corvette club experts have confirmed the numbers. Beautiful Cortez silver with black interior and was a California car all her life until I moved her east to Alabama. Please examine the perfect seams in the photos, doors open and close perfectly, testimony of this NO-Hit body. Highly optioned LS5 454/390 hp, Auto, Cold AC (converted to R-34), Power Windows, Power Steering & Brakes, Tilt/Telescopic wheel, Leather interior, Factory side exhaust. Engine was rebuilt 4 years ago (1700 miles) with stock replacement parts (.030 pistons, rings, bearings, valve job, new factory spec cam/lifters/timing chain & gears). In the last 6 months – NEW: Firestone Fire hawk tires, Stainless brake calipers, brake pads, rotors, hard/soft lines, master cylinder, HP U-joints in half-shafts, headlight vacuum kits, vacuum hoses & check valves, tachometer cable, plugs, OEM plug wires, cap/rotor/points. Interior: New carpet, tachometer, upper dash, seat backs, 3 door rear compartment assemblies, speakers, sun visors and bulb kit. Condition: The Cortez silver paint is stunning !! Near show quality! The chrome is bright ! The interior is in excellent condition ! Notice bulb kit above, I have put a lot of attention to detail in this car. When I replaced the upper dash, I replaced ALL bulbs and then when through the rest of the car with the complete kit. Everything works ! The engine, well boys, it’s a 390 HP 454 with 1700 miles on it. Original 400 turbo trans, 336 Posi rear. This car runs superb and cruises down the road as she did in 1970. It needs nothing; I’ve spent a fortune to see to that.
