Car history:
1969 Chevrolet Corvette with hardtop! It was in dry storage for years. We cleaned it up, tuned it up and here it is. This car is not pristine or concours but appears to be very original in most ways and very solid. Engine has been hot rodded big time. Don't believe it is the original engine. We think it is a 350 Chevy now. I will try to get #s off the block and post them. Has a very large lift cam. Not much happens below 2000 rpm. After that it really kicks in. 4 speed transmission shifts well. Tires look good but are old and again vehicle has been in dry storage for several years. Interior looks nice and very original. Tach does not work but speedo does. All the other guages work fine. As shown in photos covertible top does need attention. Drivers door has to be opened with outside handle. Paint looks nice but does have a few chips and scratches. Headlights do not open when turned on. This car should be completely checked out before it is driven due to long storage. Very nice car to restore and enjoy. 47,000 miles. Color codes from the trim plate. Built date is H08. June 8, 2010.
