Engine details:	Original L-48 motor.
Car history:
I owned the car from (approximately) 2012, and sold it on 11/27/2017. When I purchased the car, it was mostly original and in very tired condition. No rust on the frame; but all bushings, body mounts, shocks, springs, calipers, brake hoses, power steering components, vacuum booster, steering pump, water pump, radiator, fuel pump, weatherstripping- all required replacement. The factory front and back urethene bumper caps were brittle, cracked and wavy. Both were replaced with Eckler fiberglass replicas when the car was repainted. The original top was in poor condition and replaced with an Al Knoch top. New deluxe door panels and carpeting installed. Retrofit with shoulder harnesses. Also swapped out steering column with a tilt/tele column. Steel rallys were replaced with allow YJ8s. Never any work performed on original motor. Transmission rebuilt. Nearly ten thousand dollars in the repaint of the total car. In 2017, the car was sold and the new owner shipped it to his home in Germany.
