I've owned this documented 454/390 HP since 1986 featuring the all original matching numbers drive train, PS, PB, with documentation including the Chevrolet order copy, dealer window sticker, Protect-O-Plate, door jamb sticker, and original keys including the spare carrier car lock set and firestone super sport spare. Purchased new in Dallas TX and brought to Knoxville TN, it has an excellent rust free frame that has never been in an accident. Professionally repainted in 2000 with PPG base and clear coat, it retains a beautifully lustrous, straight body, but it's not perfect with minor nicks and checking and is considered great driver condition. 500 ft-lb of torque, A/C, and 3:08 rear end makes this car a blast to drive top up or down. Ready to go including cold A/C converted to R-134, new vacuum kit, power brake booster/caliper kit, windshield & dash, MSD ignition, & Cooper Cobra radials. Original ignition shielding, steering wheel, distributor and sun visors come with the car. 1970 was a unique year for Corvettes considering the low production numbers and the 1 year only 454/390 HP with 500 ft-lb of torque, and this car represents a solid investment.
