| Beautiful multi award winner show car and solid driver. Selected by Mid America Motor Works in 2003 to represent model year 1969 as part of Corvettes 50th anniversary! I purchased this beauty in September of 2001 from Volo Auto Museum in Volo, Illinois. The sales flyer from Volo indicates that a TOTAL GROUND-UP RESTORE was done at 33,000 miles. I have owner information dating back to 1980. This Stingray looks just as good today as it did when I drove it home in 2001. Since then, I have spent over $10,000 in restorations including a correct radiator, correct clutch and flywheel, $6,000 correct side exhausts, and NOS louvers. Install the included original and working am/fm Delco radio and mount a pair of Coker red strips and this car is ready for NCRS or Bloomington Gold. BUILD DATE WAS OCTOBER 23, 1968. 427/390 Matching Numbers.
