| this is a 1969 matching #s 350/350 4 spd stingray corvette that is a complete frame off restoration. This car has been in my possession since just over 10 years and the information i am offering you is 100 accurate I started the restoration roughly 3 years ago and all the following work has been done by local corvette lovers such as my self the body was pulled off the frame by van steel corvettes and was sandblasted and redone to a satin finish the original bumpers was done to show chrome quality the body has countless hours of striping and block sanding and I held no expense for materials and used nothing but DuPont products the car was finished to its original Monza red color the car only had 96000 miles when the restoration started the matching number 350 was strong and healthy with minimal wear to the cylinders and was recommended just a 10 over punch and lets not forget its beautiful red interior with optional headrest seats this is a highly option corvette and the following options are 350/350 4speed tilt telescopic steering wheel power steering power breaks a/c rally wheels original AM/FM radio... my name is JB Mitchell and I am a local boat dealer/broker in the state of florida since the past 20 years and only have a few sales on ebay I try to stick to clean 1 owner items and I am targeting a good ebay reputation but this car that started off as a passion and later became a drug with every single from top to bottom bolt nut screw and washer being replaced I repeat every bolt nut screw and washer being replaced with the intensions of this being just a little bit more then a family conversation peace those are all the pros... theses are all the cons the car needs a new set of rubber because the firestone f70 redlines have poor drivability the brakes can use some bleeding and adjustments and the headlights and windshield wiper cover has a mind of their own and only work when they want to I recommend a new system. Sold for $24,100 on November 12, 2016. for sale again: BiN $29,500 but reached $17,400 on December 4, 2016. |
