1981 Chevy Corvette. The car is complete and runs & drives nice it has 80,xxx original miles. The list of recent repair/restoration includes, but is not limited to Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, intake gasket, valve cover gasket, radiator service, belts & hoses, t-stat, wiper blades, carb rebuild, door locks, blower motor, battery, tires, head light actuators, front end alignment, distributor, harmonic balancer, front suspension overhaul, brakes, etc. All of the work has been done all by professional shops. The car runs, drives and stops well. It has a charcoal gray leather interior that’s in good shape, power windows, tilt/telescopic, even has the original radio that works. Brand new tires on 8" Corvette rally wheels ($1000.00 alone). The car was repainted but never sanded & buffed. It is a nice driver quality paint job that with some buffing could really stand out. We really hate to part with this car but we need money to continue on another project. Any local Illinois resident are welcome to come check it out for yourself!! In some of my early pics I didn't have the stripes done on the hood yet but the way the car currently sits is with the hood stripes. I also took several undercarraige pics to show how rust free the underneath is. Truly one of the few rust free frame vettes out there!
