You are looking at an original 1974 Corvette stingray with big block 454 and automatic transmission. Out of the 32,028 Corvettes produced in 1974 only 3494 had the LS4 (454) not only was this the least amount of big block Corvettes produced in one year, it was the last year for the big block Corvette.
Mechanical: This is a good running and driving vette, no smoke or leaks. Options include Z code factory 454 rated at 270hp. Code A-31 power windows, Code J-50 Power brakes, Code N-41 Power steering, Code C-60 Air Conditioning, Code N-37 Tilt/Telescopic Steering wheel, Code M-40 Turbo/Hydra-Matic transmission, Has original radio. Tires are almost brand new. I recently had the transmission and torque converter rebuilt (had a seal leak) and now it doesn't leak a drop and shifts smooth.
Body; Car looks great orignal glass, shiny chrome. The paint isn't the greatest as it has a couple of big cracks on the hood, however it is shiny and looks great a couple of feet away. Turn signals, brake lights and headlights all function correctly.
Interior; Is in decent shape for a 35 year old car and most everything works. However the drivers seat has a tear, door locks are currently not functional and the radio and horn do not work, dispite these issures the interior is complete, also the car has the original transistor radio still installed.
Overall this would make a great weekend cruiser for sombody as it is a real pleasure to drive (gotta love that big block rumble), also I get complements on it everywhere I go. Unfortunatly I have too many toys and I need to make some room in the garage.
