Car history:
Here is a one of a kind 1968 Corvette (Orignal 435hp tripower) Big Block 4 Speed 46k Orignal Miles. From what I was told this car was originally owned by Enzo Stuardi who was know for his crazy one off cars. The car was built back in the early 70's the body was customized and at that time no expense was spared building this car! The paint is chameleon and changes colors depending on how the sun hits the car (I can't amagine how much that paint must has cost back in the early 70's). The interior is black and is mostly orignal (Except the shag carpet) and very clean!! The interior has all the orignal gauges which all seem to work including the 6500 rpm tach (only found in 435hp and L88 Vettes). The car also has a very rare teak steering wheel. The underside of the car is very orignal and very clean for a 40 year car (Doesn't seem the car was ever driven in the ran or bad weather). In 1991 the original engine was removed and replaced with a completely rebuilt 454, new clutch installed, transmission rebuilt, rear end rebuilt, new chrome headers and side exhaust (replaced the black side pipes that were on it originally) and chrome wheels. Only 800-900 miles were put on the car before being parked in the garage in 1993. Since 1993 the car has been off the road. I was able to get the car started but its going to need some work, the carb seems to need a the rebuild (dumps too much fuel into the intake) so I could not run the car too long. It was blowing some smoke which may be from sitting, the carb or something else I dont know. It's going to need to be gone through. The body has some cracks in the fiberglass flares and some marks in the paint (which can be expected from a 40 year old hot rod). 46,245 miles. December 14, 2008.
