The original color is Daytona yellow with black interior. I have completely redone the car. (see thread).
I was not able to put a link in this ad for the restoration link from eBay's policy so copy the bold
print and google the search 3509559-1970-corvette-restoration and it will show up as the first
search result on the corvette forum as 1970 restoration. I have many pictures available from start
to finish on the project. Should be a brown car in the first picture. On page 5 of the forum article,
you can hear the engine run by playing the video.

All new interior, seats, carpet, gauges, door panels, etc. from Corvette America. I have all receipts.
Engine is a 489 with 2,000 miles on it. Has Straub roller cam, roller rockers, and Smith Brothers
pushrods. Built with Wiseco forged pistons, Scat rods, and Scat crank with rectangle port GM heads,
GM aluminum intake, and Holley 850 DP. The kit installed was balanced and blueprinted with an
estimated 650 horse power.
Original Turbo 400 is rebuilt using Hughes parts, Alto frictions, and Kolene steels with a new TCI
2800 converter.
Car also comes with original engine still all together. Paint is a 7 out of 10. Color is Lemans Blue
from a 2006 Corvette. Car has all new weather strip, new tires, new aluminum radiator and electric
fans, windshield, battery. All new brake calipers, rotors, lines, fuel tank, trailing arms, booster and
master cylinder, wiper motor, headlight actuators and valves, vacuum lines, all new wiring harnesses
from Limited, battery, tires, new bumpers, emblems, door handles, and much more. Front end
converted to 69 grills and lights. Car also comes with OBX stainless BBC side exhaust.

I drove this car to Bloomington Gold from St. Louis twice the last two years and it drove flawlessly. I
have also driven to Effingham Fun Fest.

The title is an original Missouri Title but says on the side prior salvage motor vehicle. I was not
sure what to put in the title section of this ad but it looks just like every other title I have ever had
with the exception of prior salvage motor vehicle. This was not on the title when I went to register it
and it was returned to me in the mail like that. I did some research and contacted Iowa where this
occurred and the DMV said it had been stolen and wrecked which automatically gave it a salvage
title there in 1998. At some point, the car was re-inspected in Missouri and the salvage title was
removed and marked as prior salvage because all the requirements were met to remove the salvage.
The damage was minor fiberglass damage and NO frame damage. This car has had a front clip put
on it but not as I would have installed (should be redone). Original frame with no repairs and no
rust. Car is from the southern states with dry climate and has absolutely no rust where it is usually
common on the rear area. The original vin# is on the frame. Never has been bent or repaired.

This car has almost all new parts. I have a lot of time and money invested. Car is a good driver.
Over $30k invested and restoration is only 2 years old. This is a nice driver. It sounds really good
and runs even better!

I also have the original engine with VIN# on the pad and comes with the car.
