Up for sale is a 1979 Chevy Corvette Stingray with a 4 speed manual transmission. The car was purchased about a year ago at an auction, but recently has had the trans. replaced and also has a new drive shaft, brakes, calipers, brake lines, brake pads, new paint, new interior, radio, and pretty much anything you can think of has been replaced. When the car was purchased it wasn't in terrible condition, but the interior wasn't in great condition. However, everything has been replaced and is back to OEM. The only thing is the motor has had some work done to it, I believe that it has a 3/4 race cam in it, not sure exactly the motor was never taken apart. The car at the most probably has 80,000 original miles on it, the odometer wasn't working when the car was purchased so there's no way of knowing how many miles are on it. I'm selling this car for my friend because he doesn't have an account on ebay, but the last time I saw the odometer it said somewhere around 70,000 miles. I have the receipts on everything that was replaced on the car, and work receipts. There's a total amount of probably 18,000 dollars into the car all together, and I'm just trying to get the money that was put into it back out of it. Also, there is no A/C. The car came with it out and never was replaced because it wasn't necessary, the belt driven cooling fan was also replaced with an eletric cooling fan along with a new radiator.
