Car history:
3) Changed November 15, 2020. I, Charles Flynt, am the current owner of this car. Registry management statement: 'Please keep in mind the purpose of this site; keeping alive the history of the Corvette and their owners. If possible, it means we would like to keep the previous owners, pictures of previous condition and past history of the car in the registry.'

Previous pictures and descriptions were added by others. In keeping with management's wishes, I can only add that this car is a numbers matching, date code correct driveline, L48, M20, 3.36 posi, no rust, no bubba'd car. It's just a nice, old car.

2) From a private collection comes one of the most desirable and collectible example, a beautiful Bumper Car, 1971 Coupe in pristine condition with only two owners since new... that is 52 years ago! We can start by letting you know it has the rare Protect-O-Plate with the first owner's name embossed on it. This fellow sold it to the second owner in 1984 and you will be third to enjoy it. Condition is exquisite with most of it being original, or in very well taken care of condition.
Check out the correct Classic White, code 420 paint which is virtually flawless. We looked very hard to see an imperfection, but we could not find it... Chrome looks new as well, thus complimenting the exterior look, in addition to the optional luggage rack.
Under the hood lies the original matching numbers engine, the base 350 ci rated at 270 HP with the correct VIN and suffix CJL present on the engine pad. Other options include factory AC, Power Steering, Power Brakes... Engine compartment looks very complete and correct including the proper Chrome shielding. Power is sent to the back wheels via the factory 4-speed manual transmission. Power train functions as it should, engine starts right away, exhibits lots of power, no present issues. AC blows cold. Vacuum operated headlight and wiper door are fully functional. Undercarriage is very clean and it appears lots of rubber parts were upgraded. Tires look new.
The interior appears to be the optional deluxe package. It all looks like it is original with the correct Saddle leather seat covers, deluxe door panels, carpet, dash. Gauges and instruments are functional too. The Vette Net, Sarasota, FL. 100,200 miles. December 28, 2019
