2) BiN $37,900 but ended at $22,100 (RnM) on July 7, 2016. 1) 1972 Corvette - #'s matching 454 Big Block! This vintage sports car was frame on restored and is coated in Ontario Orange. It is actually only 1 out of about 987 built with the 454 motor and Ontario Orange color that is also a convertible. It is rust free and very smooth. It has never been in any accidents and has always been well cared for and stored inside. All of the chrome and stainless on this classic is in place and looks immaculate. It rides on classic rally wheels with knock off style center caps and fresh BFGoodrich tires (P245/60R15). The 454 V8 is numbers matching and was completely rebuilt. The block and manifold are coated in Red and is topped with all sorts of chrome. The valve covers and air cleaner are correct for this car and look great. It has a great sound and rumbles to life every time. The automatic transmission was completely rebuilt in 2009 so still has a period of warranty left. Power brakes bring this muscle car to a safe stop. The front end, air compressor, and a few other items have been all rebuilt so the car runs like new. The interior is finished out in Saddle Brown leather and looks great. It is extremely comfortable to ride in and is very fun to drive. The dash is all in great condition with everything in its correct place. All gauges are working with the exception of the clock. The AM/FM/MP3 stereo sounds amazing and allows you to take your tunes with you on the road. The air conditioning system is in place and works extremely well. It will keep you comfortable no matter what conditions your driving in. The power windows operate just as they should and are a nice added feature. The tan convertible top has no wear or tear and looks great. It raises and lowers very easily and can be done by just one person. This is an amazing classic that would do any collection proud. You don't want to pass up this chance! $38,000.00! 02/21/2012. |
