Car history:
1969 Corvette which is in excellent shape. I have owned this classic for around 10 years. It has very low mileage. When I bought it I was amazed at how every nut, bolt and clip was still on the car. It runs and drives perfectly. It has the original motor, trans, and rear. This is a high option car and if it was in perfect and fully restored condition would be worth over $100,000. It is nearly impossible to find an Original Big Block with Air Conditioning in this kind of shape. Everything works as it should, with one exception, the clock, if you pull the setting knob it will work for a short time. The headlights and wiper door work great. Basically this car is in get in and go shape. The paint looks excellent; close up you will notice a few tiny nicks. Interior is leather, I think the seats were recovered shortly before I purchased it, dash, carpet are all super shape. All the vent controls and headlight overrides knobs under the drivers side dash are perfect. The frame is in perfect shape no rot any place; I believe this car was from the south originally because I have never seen a frame in this kind of shape from NY State. Brakes are stainless sleeved, emergency brake works as it should, pads are like new. How many have the following options:
- Original Bigblock 427/390 HP (this motor has had some expensive work done, roller rockers, roller lifters, cam, Eldebrock intake, Holley carb. I have the original intake too.)
- Air conditioning Excellent shape (I disconnected this cause I never use it, basically took off the belt)
- Side Pipes (I like the hooker headers so that is what is on it, I have all the original pipes and covers and exhaust manifolds too.)
- Original Tinted Glass
- Removable rear window
- AM/FM stereo
- Power Brakes
- Power Steering
- T-Tops
- Positraction rear end (I think they are 373s)
- 4 Speed Manual Trans
- Head Rests
- Shoulder Seat Belts. Colors from the owner. April 20, 2008.
