Car history: |
1969 Corvette Stingray Coupe, L36 427 390 H.P M-20 4-Speed 3:55 posi traction. This car has almost every option available in 1969 you could get on a corvette. here is the list of options and a description: L36-390 h.p 427 4bbl engine, M20- 4-Speed wide ratio transmission, GS5- Positraction Axle 3:55 ratio, J50- power Brakes, N40- Power Steering, A31- Power Windows, C60- Air Conditioning, 4 Season, A01- Soft-ray Tinted Windows, TJ2- Louver Trim, Front Fender, U60- Radio, AM-FM pushbutton control: includes fixed height rear antenna, N37- Steering Wheel, Tilt-Telescopic, PT6- Red Stripe Nylon Tires, F70x15 2 ply. This corvette is absolutely beautiful, runs and drives like new, the exterior is in excellent condition with a no hit ever body, it has had only 1 repaint years ago and it was painted the original color # 990 Monaco Orange. The paint shines and shows very well with very few inperfections. The interior is all original Black vinyl that is in near perfect condition, there are no holes, rips, or tears of any kind on any of the seats, or pads. there is however a very tiny knick in the drivers side door panel smaller than the size of a small pea in the front top corner, and the factory clock does NOT work. all guages and lights work proper and are bright as they were when new. the Fiber Optics all work as they should, the power windows go up and down ver fast with no delays, all the vacum systems work like they did when new, head lights open and close very fast and at the same time with no delays, as does the wiper cowl for the windshelid wipers. the factory a/c system blows luke warm and could use a recharge, but all componets are present and seem to be working properly. all the crome and stainless are in beautiful condition and are original or NOS with the factory markings on them. no repops on this car. to the best of my knowledge the transmission and rearend are the # matching units. the engine although not the matching #s it is the correct 3512 casting with a "CE" prefix meaning it has been replaced under warrnty by the dealer. The car has new F70x15 Redline Firestone wide oval tires on all 4 corners, this car also has a current up to date Pennsylvania inspection, this car is a real pleasure to drive and gets tons of attention everywhere it goes! $28,000. Colors codes from the trim plate. Built date is O21. July 15, 2010. |
