Original and unmodified 200hp 350ci L83 Crossfire engine, 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission, posi rear-end. Features include Collector Edition package, air conditioning, aluminum wheels, tilt-n-tele, rear defrost, AM/FM/Cassette stereo with dual rear speakers, power driver's seat, power windows, power locks, power steering, power brakes, power mirrors, power antenna, privacy shade. Showing a clean Carfax, appraisal, and receipts with an odometer reading today of just 36,210 miles. This 1982 Corvette Collector Edition was assembled in February, 1982, and was the 6,682nd car out of 6,759 total manufactured. Chevrolet built the cars based on the number of orders that were received, not a standard run. This cars paint is beautiful and bright. The vinyl stripes and decals show their age a little. Every piece of exterior glass in this car is factory original, including the bronze tinted t-tops. Exterior door handles are excellent, and the original appearing weather stripping is still soft and in good condition. Taillights are vg, and factory Collector Edition-specific wheels are in good condition with no curb and vg caps. Tires are not original. They are Grand Prix GT All Season Radials with outlined white letters installed by Les Schwab Tires on 6/16/2007 when the car had 35,117 miles. The interior of this 1982 Corvette Collector Edition looks to be completely original. Seatbelts, center console, passenger door panel, dash, carpet, gauges, and steering wheel are all in excellent condition. The driver door panel has scratches from the previous owners Lhasa Apso. Correct appearing Delco AM/FM/Cassette stereo is in place, and works great (by 1982 standards). Passengers vanity mirror is completely intact as well, which is rarely seen on these cars. T-top bags and strap are included. Correct Crossfire setup, valve covers, ignition shielding, a/c compressor, and air pump are all in place, and the engine compartment is very original and clean, as is the frame. Also included will be the original owners manual. All instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear end are all in good operating condition. |
