Original number matching motor
Clear Indiana title in hand

I have the build sheet for this vehicle. It is in very poor condition and not complete
but indicates two addresses one is St Louis, Mo and the other is St Charles Motor
Co, in St Charles, MO.

The Build sheet shows a date of 07/27 with no year showing but I assume it to be
1973. The order # on the build sheet is YAG268

The engine pad reads 13S434149 V0719CLA
The trim tag reads
Date Code: L27
Trim 413 922 Paint

This is a numbers match car that has not been chopped up or changed from its
original state other than some minor changes. It may have had a smog pump on it
at one time but does not now. The radio has been changed but I have the original
and the speakers may not all be wired properly because it has after market
speakers in rear compartment on a special panel not attached to vehicle.

Options:
Tilt Steering Wheel
Rear Chrome Luggage Rack
Power Steering and Brakes
Air Conditioning (AC unit is complete but never tested to see if it works) Looks to be original

Wheels and tires: Wheels are Rally wheels with rings and caps. Caps on car are
original to best of my knowledge, rings are new but I have the original rings. Tires
are new BF Goodrich 225/R15/70 redlines.

T tops(do not leak)

I believe myself to be the third owner of the vehicle but cannot confirm that. The
previous owner had indicated that he had owned the vehicle for close to 25 years
and had made these repairs or improvements while he owned the vehicle and also
it should be noted that the vehicle spent a large amount of that time idle in a
garage especially the last 15 to 20 years. He indicated these repairs. (1) New
radiator and housing (2) New suspension bushings (3) new brake calipers.

Since purchasing the vehicle in November of 2006 I have made the following
repairs and improvements.

1. Replaced the front urethane crash bumper with a permanent fiber glass bumper
after the original bumper deteriorated with age.
2. Replaced Alternator
3. Replaced Battery
4. Replaced all exterior light bulbs except headlights and made sure all in working order.
5. Replace all interior light bulbs with exception of some dash bulbs and made
sure all were in working order .
6. Replace interior carpet
7. Had seat frames, seat springs and brackets repaired and put on new seat covers.
8. Replaced interior windshield post and overhead cover
9. Replaced rear seat belt covers and repaired seat belt retractors.
10. Replaced rear window frame and dyed to proper color
11. Dyed all interior hard surfaces to proper color with the exception of door panels and dash.
12. Replaced door sills
13. Replaced floor console and shift plate, and replaced ash tray door. Checked all
connections on floor console to insure they were ok and replaced bulbs in console.
14. Replace breather element hood gasket
15. Rebuilt carburetor and made adjustments to choke. Choke still needs some
adjustment.
16. Replace heater hoses but have not connected to radiator.
17. Replaced radiator hoses upper and lower with new thermostat.
18. Replaced radio with new aftermarket retro fit. Have original and it still works
but not very well.(will come with the car if wanted)
19. Replaced tires with BF Goodrich 225/R15/70
20. Replaced emergency brake console and slide cover.

In summary, this is a very nice vehicle that I have enjoyed owning. Like any
vehicle of this age it is not a perfect car, and should not be considered as one, but
it has potential to be and excellent car with a little effort. The vehicle has a lot of
good points as I will note but it also has some areas that need attention and I will
note those as well.

Exterior:
1. Paint, the vehicle has a very good paint job on it but has some small rock chips
on the rear of the vehicle and on the inner edge of the T tops. Other wise it shows
very well in my opinion.
2. The exhaust system is old but appears to be sound except the pipes have
surface rust on them.
2. Tires and rims, the tires are new have less than a couple hundred miles on
them. The rims appear to be the original rally wheels and are in pretty good
shape. The rally center caps to my knowledge are the original metal caps. The
outer rings are repo's but I have the original rings to go with them.
3. The undercarriage appears to be in original untouched condition and shows
some surface rust on the frame so nothing has really been done to clean up the
under side. I don't have the equipment to get it in the air to work on it.
4. Engine has 127K miles on it and still runs great with no major leak. There is a
little puff of smoke on start up but goes away. I do have the original valve covers
that will be included in the sale if wanted.
5. Transmission drives and shifts great but has developed several leaks that will
need attention soon.
6. The speedometer has stopped working but the chevrolet dealer indicated that it
is probably because the side seal where the cable enters the transmission is worn.
7. The vehicle has had new calipers put on the brakes but the left front wheel
caliper leaks slightly due to lack of driving.
8. The air conditioning unit appears to be original equipment but I have never
tried to use it. Don't know if it works.
9. The vehicle has a new heater core installed. The hoses have not been hooked
to the radiator.
10. Most of the gauges work with the exception of the clock, alt. meter and speedometer
11. Passenger side window will not roll up properly

To the best of my knowledge this information represents what the car is. I hope
that I have covered everything that will help you know and understand this vehicle.
If you have any other questions please ask. I encourage you to come inspect the
vehicle in person if possible. The car is being sold as is.The buyer is responsible
for picking up the car or making the arrangements for shipping.

If you love Corvettes or are looking to buy your first, this is a great affordable car
to get started in this fun hobby. Thanks for looking!
