| Same owner for 26 years. Convertible, big block and a 4 speed. Runs and drives great. Needs the convertible top installed / one comes with the car. The soft top frame is in good condition with exception of a little rust on the top piece that is easily fixable, the cloth will hide it. Paint is old but shows ok still, it would be nicer with a new slick black paint job or whatever color you like. Body is original and in great condition. You can see some places on the header panel where the factory bonding strips are, across the front by the headlights. The current paint is black with a slight cherry tint. The interior is very very nice. door panels like new, dash pad exc. carpet is faded, would look great with a little can of dye. Frame is excellent and has never been repaired, there is some rust under the radiator bracket / bolt on part. I believe everything in this car works including headlight, windshield wiper tray and radio. The motor runs smooth with plenty of power/ casting #s are 3855961 = a 1966 or 67 396. Don't hold me to it but im pretty sure the trans is Muncie 4 speed. I can look closer if its important to you. This is a good old honest car.
