Car history:
Seven Hills Motorcars is proud to offer this low mileage 1973 Corvette Convertible
with the original numbers matching 350 L-48 engine. This Corvette has been
driven just over 65,500 original miles since new. This car is a great driver
Corvette that needs nothing and is essentially, "turn key." The car rolled off the
assembly line on October 13, 1972. This is verified by the "B13" code on the trim
tag, which is pictured below. This car is numbers matching, meaning the last six
digits of the vin, 402137, are stamped on the engine pad.

The 1973 Corvette was truly the end of an era. 1973 was the last year to feature
a chrome bumper, it is considered to be the last year of truly classic Corvettes.
Years after were more at the mercy of insurance companies, fuel prices, and
emission concerns, 1973 is considered the last "good" year by many enthusiasts.
As in investment, the 1973 will always have an advantage and out perform other
years because of its precedence as the end of a a very great period for Corvette
and muscle cars as a whole.

As a side note, this Corvette is not a dealer auction vehicle. We hand pick each
car after careful inspection. Our cars come from owners who expect their cars to
go to someone that will give the vehicle the same care and attention as they did.
We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car
inspected. Please take the time to examine each picture. We photograph each
vehicle to the greatest extent so you can feel confident about bidding. If you have
a question about the Corvette, just give us a call.

Exterior:
The body of this Corvette is in great shape with relatively good panel fit. The
paint is in decent driver condition with a smooth finish and a nice gloss. There are
no major scratches, scrapes, or cracks in the paint that have been excluded from
the photos. There are some spots in the paint that around the car were too small
to show in the photos, but nothing that is very noticeable from 5 feet away. There
is one notable blemish on the right side of the car near the door handle and deck
lid. There is a photo below specifically of this area. The soft top has no holes and
the rear window is not fogged up or yellowed. This car was green in the past and
this is visible to a discerning eye on certain parts of the underside of the car. The
wheels are in excellent condition with no dents or curb rash on the beauty rings.
The tires are literally brand new with less than 20 miles on them. All of the glass
on this car is original as indicated by the date codes, which is a great indication of
no major collision damage. The chrome looks great with no pitting.

Interior:
The Medium Saddle interior of the Corvette is in splendid original condition. The
seats are not overly worn or neglected and in great original condition. I have
specifically included a photo of the area where the driver gets in and out because
this it is so prone to excessive wear. Please note the seats are original, not some
cheap aftermarket replacement. The carpet is also in nice original condition with
no holes. There is a small area of carpet in the very back of the storage area on
the right side of the car that is not as nice as the rest. All of the gauges work,
with the obvious exception of the clock. The dash and center console look
awesome and have no tears or cracks. The original pedal pads are not
excessively worn, and as one can see from the pictures show normal wear for a
car with this mileage. Thankfully, the console was not cut for the aftermarket
radio. However, only the left speaker works. This car has not been smoked in,
there is no ash in the ashtray and no odor what so ever.

Mechanical:
This car is in fine mechanical condition. The car starts right away, idles well, and
runs well. The Corvette drives very well. It is tight on the road and at highway
speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. The 3 Speed
transmission shifts smoothly and does not pull to one side or the other under
breaking. All of the gauges work, the headlights go up and down with both the
headlight switch and the override switch, all of the interior and exterior lights
work, even all of the heater, defroster, and fan controls work as well. According
the the previous owner, the transmission and carburetor have been rebuilt within
the past year. I cannot convey what an absolute pleasure it is to drive a Corvette,
especially with the top down.

Overall Condition:
The overall condition of this 1973 Corvette is in terrific condition. Numbers
matching is extremely important in Corvette pricing. Cars like this are the Barrett
Jackson stars of the future. The 1973 model year is very special and totally
unique in the Corvette world. This model year is beyond doubt one of the most
sound and secure ventures one could make into the Corvette market. One could
enjoy this vehicle for several years and sell it for more than your purchase price.
