3) 350 ci with 4-spd all original engine block stamp matches VIN, I am third owner. Always a California car, no rust. Major overhaul completed 5 years / 4k miles ago engine rebuilt, new intake manifold and carburetor installed, clutch replaced, suspension refreshed (shocks, A-arm bushings, Ball Joints, Tie-rod ends, Swaybar links, Rear lower control camber arms), new DeWitts aluminum radiator installed, new fuel tank. More recently I've replaced rag joint and cleaned/re-lubed steering box. Drives straight and easy at highway speed - no rattles or shakes. Runs cool even in summer traffic and has never overheated for me. Re-painted in 1991 - original color War Bonnet Yellow. Paint is good looking from 10 feet but has imperfections as shown in photos. Interior refreshed at some point in original black vinyl seats and black carpet. Power steering and brakes. 3 - point seatbelts from Ecklers Headlights raise and lower perfectly Only known issue is windshield wiper door doesn't open. It's a fair weather car for me so I never looked into fixing. Car is a joy to drive - gets lots of compliments and starts lots of conversations. BiN $19,500 (Ended) on September 9, 2017. 2) Second owner, numbers matching (only carb, edelbrock manifold and small items not original to best of my knowledge) California car. No rust. Original motor rebuilt 10/2012. Less than 3,000 miles since rebuild. New: Clutch, Dewitt Aluminum radiator, Fuel tank, Quadrajet, shocks, A-arm bushings, Ball Joints, Tie-rod ends, Swaybar links, Rear lower control camber arms. Shoulder seat belts from Ecklers. Re-painted in 1991, good from 15 feet. Driven weekly, mileage may increase. Sold for $16,600 on December 10, 2016. 1) 1972 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Great Condition. Original owner with only 115,000 miles. Motor was recently rebuilt with all chevy parts and has only been driven 50 miles since. Owner has all supporting documentation and receipts for engine rebuild and other recent work. Car has been garage kept all its life and California driven. Seats have been re-leathered, water pump has been replaced. Factory luggage rack installed. Owner is elderly and will no longer drive a manual transmission. Car looks and runs beautifully.
