Note: The Vette is not currently running, I believe I need to replace the bearing(s) on the crankshaft or the crankshaft itself. The Vette does start and will run once this problem is corrected. 1980 Corvette, rare 4 speed, new paint and interior. This is very solid, matching numbers 1980 rare 4 speed Corvette. This beautiful Corvette has fresh Tuxedo black paint, with fresh oyster interior. Ice cold AC and power antenna. No rust. The paint job is show quality, but not "over restored". The car had a "no hit" body with original paint before the repaint The interior has new seats, carpets, T-Top liners, door panels, and all new weather stripping throughout the car. The gaps are all very good on this car. There are a few concessions to NCRS originality that could be easily corrected. Some examples below. 1. AC has been changed over to R 134 and the Compressor was replaced with a correct appearing but non original one. I have the original parts. 2. The car has an Edelbrock carb, chrome valve covers and chrome Air Cleaner. I have all the original parts. 3. Prior owner painting the original blue engine red. 4. The car has an aftermarket stereo system in the original dash, sounds great. 5. The rear bumper was replaced using a modern composite material rather than the troublesome original Urethane bumpers. The front bumper is the original troublesome Urethane bumper, but it was in amazingly good condition. Transmission is quiet and has only typical Corvette T-Top minor squeaks and rattles. The front brakes are all new as is the master cylinder. Parking brake holds fine. Exhaust sounds great with no leaks. Payment to be made in full and cleared (if money order/check) before Corvette is released. The Corvette is sold as-is without warranty.
