I'm Re-Listing this car because it did not meet the reserve last time. I have lowered the reserve to $28k. I have over $47,000 into this car not including my labor. You couldn't build this car for $28k. Basically a frame off restoration, the entire frame was stripped and treated with POR15 frame paint. Every bolt and nut has been gone over or replaced. Here is the short list of new parts and work: 427 Big Block with ~400 miles on it. Forge crank, Crane roller Cam, Crane roller rockers, Crane roller lifters, Edelbrock Aluminum Heads, Edelbrock Aluminum intake, Edelbrock EPS Carb with auto choke, Aluminum 8qt oil pan with high volume pump, Polished Aluminum water pump, DUI high output distributor, Steeriod rack and pinion, Serpentine belt set up, BeCool Radiator with electric fans, Chrome Hooker Headers and side pipes, Brand new heater core, polished aluminum overflow tank, brand new painless wiring harness, T-56 6 speed transmission, B&M shifter, Autometer C2 gauges, C5 leather electric corvette seats, VP&B fully adjustable suspension system includes tubular A Arms, Bilstein performance shocks, mono fiberglass springs, Stainless Steel O ring Calibers with ceramic ferrous brake pads, Stainless Steel parking brake Assembly, Intro custom rims with Michelin Pilot super wide tires, ZL1 fender Flares to cover the super wide tires. The list goes on. A lot of time and money went into this car. This Car is NOT a true ZL1 or an original ZL1. I installed ZL1 fender flares for asthetic purposes and to cover the super wider Michelin Pilot tires under them. Also, The engine and transmission are not original to this car. Few other items not covered above: 1. Transmission has a McCloud Heavy Duty Hydralic Clutch. 2. Convertible top and frame plus brand new canvas go with the sale. 3. The rear trailing arms are off-set to accomodate tires. 4. I have had some questions on color. The color of the car is very much "Red" hot orange. It may be coming up different in certain browsers. 5. The following items are not installed, but I DO have them and they are going with the sale of the car. Rear Bumpers, windshield wipers assembly, 6. Door key locks need to be changed as I have lost the keys. Also, Although the power brake booster is brand new it has a defective diaphram or something. It leaks down, The mastercylinder is good. The car will stop, Just hard pedal. A new unit is about $200. 7. This car is about 95% complete. 62,482 miles. March 15, 2008.
