The original dark red interior of this car is like new. The exterior on a 1-10 scale is a 9! This car drives and handles like a new car! The original GoodYear Eagle GT tires are still in good condition on the car. This Corvettes first owner purchased this car from Earl Evans Chevrolet in Painesville, OH. He then took it that same day to Roman’s Chariot Shop in Cleveland, OH to have it custom painted GM Dark Bronze. He then drove the car about 7,000 miles over the years. A family member inherited the car in 2010 and drove it the other 1,400 miles. Original Factory Color was Beige with a dark red leather interior (color code Trim 672 59L Paint) Car was built September of 1980 Purchased by the owner October 17, 1980 and Repainted according to the original receipt Bronze October 17, 1980. The paint job is a very professional base coat, clear coat done by a reputable Corvette specialist that is still in business today. 350 engine with 190 HP stock original under the hood. Factory original options include; Power windows, power brakes, tilt-tlescopic steering, Six-way power seat, power door locks, removable solid roof panels, electric rear window defogger, Auto speed control with resume speed, Aluminum polished wheels, Electric tuned stereo with 8 track player, Power antenna, and air conditioning. That is how I determined the interior color to be dark red. However, that same number, 672 is also called Cinnibar according to the Corvette Registery. So a more accurate description of the interior color would be Cinnibar. It is NOT a medium red, or a "red". The interior, Cinnibar, is in excellant condition and pairs very well with the dark bronze exterior. It is a very unique color combination that turns heads when going down the road!
