Car history:
The car was purchased new and ordered March 4, 1969 from Kinney Chevrolet in Pleasantville, New York. It was not delivered until September due to the strike in St. Louis and the dealer's refusal to honor the originally agreed to price. As a result, it sat in their showroom for several months. The car still has its original paint, interior, smog equipment, etc. The red line Firestone tires were recently added after the second set of Goodyear white stripes wore out after 37 years!
